How much tulsi herb tea should you drink per day? 3 to 4 cups daily.
Can be supportive in Cough and hoarseness: Boil 15 fresh Tulsi leaves, 1 pinch each of salt and black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger in 250 ml of water until half the liquid has evaporated. Strain and drink in small sips, preferably hot. Take 3 times daily.
