Shipment

Fast & reliable delivery – free in Germany for purchases over 40 €

Your satisfaction is important to us, and that includes prompt delivery of your order. Our reliable shipping partner DHL guarantees fast and reliable delivery as you are used to.

Your order will usually arrive in Germany within 2 to 4 working days . We will pack and ship your order directly from our tea stand at the Viktualienmarkt for shipping.

🎅 Please note that delivery times may be longer during the Christmas season.

For orders with a purchase value of less than €40 we charge a shipping fee of €4.99 . For orders with a purchase value of more than €40 these costs are waived for deliveries within Germany.

To keep you up to date on the status of your order, we will send you a tracking number by email . This means you can easily track the delivery status of your shipment online with DHL at any time, whether national or international.

It is very rare, but it can happen that a complaint is made, especially since tea is a natural product and slight deviations are possible, especially with pure garden teas that are not mixed. Such teas can have natural variations in taste.

Depending on the type of complaint, our team or the owner will deal with your issue directly. Complaints often concern the quality of the tea, such as the appearance of the leaves, the taste or foreign bodies.

We carefully examine every complaint and inform our suppliers or employees if necessary. The customer will receive a response within two weeks and, if necessary, a replacement.

At Teaflower, we attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers. However, should you decide to make use of your right of withdrawal, please note that in this case the costs for return shipping are to be borne by you as the buyer, unless there is a major defect in the products purchased.

We always strive to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. However, if there is a clear defect in one of our products, we will of course cover the cost of returning it.
