Herbal tea mixture - mulled wine spice

Natural spice mix for the preparation of mulled wine

Ingredients: Rosehip peels, citrus peels, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom seeds, natural Bourbon vanilla extract

Preparation: Heat 0.7 liters of red wine and mix with 0.7 liters of brewed black tea (see Black Tea section for preparation) or hot water. Add mulled wine spice (about 3 tablespoons per 0.7 liters) to the red wine and tea mixture in a tea strainer.
