How to enjoy Inge:
Ingredients: INGE, water, whisky, ginger, mint and lime
If you like it a little bit hotter, you can enjoy a INGE with a shot: Pour hot water over !inge!, add a shot of whiskey, 2 fresh ginger slices, and lime, and enjoy a perfect hot inge.
Ingredients: 4 cl INGE ginger syrup, 300 ml water, unpeeled ginger and 1 pinch of cinnamon
Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Cut 6 slices of ginger and add it. Remove the pot from the heat and let it steep for 10 minutes with the lid closed. 4 cl INGE Add the ginger syrup and a pinch of cinnamon. Strain the finished tea through a sieve, pour it into a thick-walled glass, garnish with an orange slice, and enjoy hot.
